MRupee (here in after referred to as "we" or "us") respects and protects the privacy rights of all users of our services. When you use our services, we may collect and use relevant information about you. However, MRupee treats this information with high diligence and responsibility. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, MRupee will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. MRupee may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the MRupee Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the MRupee Service Agreement and cannot be separated.

Information Collection

When we provide services, we may collect, store, and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user, enjoy certain services we provide, or even if we can continue to provide you with some services, we may not be able to achieve the intended effect of such services.

a) Relevant personal information you provide to us when registering our account or using our services, such as phone numbers, email addresses, etc.; Information shared by you to other parties through our services, and information stored by you when using our services.

b) Log information refers to technical information that the system may automatically collect through cookies, web beacons, or other methods when you use our services, including: device or software information, such as your mobile device, web browser, or other programs used to access our services, configuration information provided, your IP address, and the version and device identifier of your mobile device; Information about the information you searched for and browsed when using our services, such as web search terms used, URL addresses of social media pages visited, and other information and content details that you browsed or requested when using our services; Information about mobile apps and other software you have used, as well as information about your use of such mobile apps and software; Information about your communication through our services, such as account information of the parties you communicated with, as well as the time, date, and duration of the communication and the data exchanged;

Information Usage

a) MRupee will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any unrelated third parties without your permission, unless such third party and MRupee (including MRupee affiliates) individually or jointly provide services to you, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information they could access previously.

b) MRupee also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any MRupee platform user engages in such activities, MRupee has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.

c) You can deactivate your MRupee account through the following path:

MRupee App Steps: Open the MRupee App, log in to your MRupee account, go to "Me > Settings > Account & Security > Deactivate Account."

When you meet the agreed account deactivation conditions and deactivate a MRupee account, all information within that account will be cleared. We will no longer collect, use, or provide any personal information related to that account. However, the information provided or generated by you during the use of MRupee services will still be stored for the required duration as per regulatory requirements, and competent authorities will still have the right to access it within the legally prescribed period.

When you decide to no longer use our products or services, you can request to deactivate your account. After deactivating your account, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

Information Disclosure

a) With your prior consent, disclosure to third parties;

b) Sharing your personal information with third parties necessary for providing the products and services you requested;

c) Disclosing to third parties or administrative and judicial authorities as required by relevant laws or regulatory requirements;

d) Disclosing to third parties if you violate relevant laws, regulations, the MRupee service agreement, or related rules;

e) Disclosing to the complained party if you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, as requested by the complained party, for handling potential rights disputes;

f) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by MRupee according to laws, regulations, or website policies.

Information Security

a) MRupee accounts have security protection features. Please keep your username and password information secure. MRupee will take security measures such as encrypting user passwords to ensure the security and integrity of your information. Despite these security measures, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on the internet.

Device Permissions

a) In the process of providing specific services, we may need to access certain permissions on your device. For example, we may request your photo access permission for the purpose of uploading pictures, or your camera permission for the purpose of taking photos and uploading them. We will ask for your consent through pop-up windows in specific scenarios. You can choose to grant or deny the corresponding permissions in your device's system settings, thereby allowing or refusing us to collect and use your personal information.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account within Mrupee APP. An account cannot be restored after being deleted. Perform this operation with caution. We cannot help you restore even if you were accidentally deleted.

Autostart and Associated App Explanation

a) To ensure that this application can receive client push messages in a closed or background running state, this application needs to use the (autostart) capability, which involves sending broadcasts through the system at a certain frequency to wake up or associate start this application. This is necessary to fulfill the functions and services.

b) When you open content-related push messages, with your explicit consent, it will open the relevant content. Without obtaining your consent, there will be no autostart or associated startup behavior.
